All other personal data we collect is stored and processed within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- •Contact form enquiries: retained for up to 3 years from submission, or longer if a contractual relationship is formed.
- •Project documentation: retained for up to 40 years where required by health and safety regulations (in line with HSE guidance on asbestos medical surveillance and exposure records).
